  Big Switch: consistency watchdog killed by exceptions

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  If the consistency watchdog encounters an exception, it is uncaught
  and it kills the greenthread so it no longer works until the neutron
  server is restarted.
