  BigSwitch: Sync function is missing network information

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Big Switch full topology synchronization function isn't including
  all of the information about a network. It's only including the ports
  and floating IP addresses. The subnets are missing as well as the
  tenant of the network.
