  [data processing] Register Image form is broken

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When clicking on the Register Image button in the Data Processing ->
  Image Registry, the user gets an error message.

  It looks like the glance api returns an extra value that is
  unexpected.

  Please fix this.
