  Display volume size for trove instances

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  One important piece of information about a trove instance is the volume size the user specified at create time.
  This information is available from trove but it isn't currently displayed in the horizon dashboard.

  Add volume size to the database instances table and also to the
  details page
