Title:
  Should rename panels for Trove

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Currently the visible panel names for Trove are all prepended with the word 'Database' e.g. 
  Databases
  --- Database Instances
  --- Database Backups
  --- Database Configuration Groups (in development)

  If you look at the other panels in the dashboard none of the other
  panels are prepended e.g. there is no Nova Instances or Orchestration
  Stacks

  To keep the UI easy to read and remove redundant information we should
  remove the prepended 'Database' from each of the panel names
