Title:
Instance Image Name cell shows different value

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
Between the Project and Admin view. In Project, no image is replaced
with a dash. In Admin, no image is replaced with "(Not Found)"

  == How to reproduce ==

Go to Instances tab in Project and Admin

  In Project:
  1. Make sure you have an available volume, if not, go to Volumes and create a new volume
     - only fill in the name and size, leave everything else as default
  2. Now go to Instances and click 'Launch Instance' button
  3. For the 'Instance Boot Source' dropdown menu, select 'Boot from Volume'
  4. Select the volume you just created
  5. Press Launch

Now you will notice that in the Image Name column it says "(Not
found)". However, if you refresh, it is replaced by "-".

  In Admin:
  It shows as "(Not Found)"

We should keep it consistent. Either '-' or '(not found)'
