  Admin Hypervisor table - change order of columns

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  very, very minor nitpick.

  It may be a personal preference, but I would like to see the order of
  the columns show 'Used | Total' instead of vice versa.

  Right now in the Hypervisors table, the columns are:

  Hostname | Type | VCPUs (total) | VCPUs (used) | RAM (total) | RAM
  (used) | Storage (total) | Storage (used) |  Instances

  Total column followed by Used column.  It would be nice to swap the
  order to:

  Hostname | Type | VCPUs (used) | VCPUs (total) | RAM (used) | RAM
  (total) | Storage (used) | Storage (total) |  Instances

  The graph also shows 'Used 1 of 2.'  That way, the graph and the table
  are parallel with each other
