  Horizon display version not fixed at bottom

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  This fix was just commited:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1261431, but I noticed an
  issue with it.  On System Info > Default Quotas tab, if the scrollbar
  is shown, the display version label will not stay at the bottom if you
  scroll.

  Possible fix: position: fixed;?
