Title:
  dhcp agent not sending name server config  for ipv6

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  for ipv6, dhcp agent doesn't configure the option file correctly, and
  therefore the client won't be configured with, for example, name
  server for ipv6. The option should be configured using the tag option6
  for ipv6
