The detail log is no longer available. According to the logstash query above, it seems we have the message "Could not create /var/run/netns/qdhcp-" when this error occurs.
I checked logs in the last 7 days by using logstash: message:"Could not create /var/run/netns/qdhcp-"

There are many improvements in DHCP-agent codes and this issue may be fixed.
Thus I would like to mark it "Invalid" now. Please report this if it still occurs.

  runtime error
