  in my unit test, create port always happen error in n1kv, my unit test in neutron/tests/unit/test_db_plugin.py  is:
       def test_prevent_used_dhcp_port_deletion(self):
          with self.network() as network:

                               'tenant_id': 'tenant_id',
                               'device_owner': constants.DEVICE_OWNER_DHCP}}
              create_req = self.new_create_request('ports', data)
