Title:
  Neutron-dhcp-agent is not working properly

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Expired

Bug description:
  When I spawn VM, it gets ip, but is unavailable to ping or ssh, so I
  checked dhcp-agent logs, and there's sth strange:
  http://pastebin.com/Cwm243Tf . in dhcp agent configs I set only:

  [DEFAULT]
  debug = True
  use_namespaces = False
  Also dnsmasq is not working on the network node.

  In /var/log/syslog i got:

  all time...
