Title:
  The host_ip in the hypervisor description is wrong; it is the
  controller ip.

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The host_ip parameter in the hypervisor description should show the ip of the host that contains such hypervisor.
  However, instead of this, it is is showing the ip of the controller.

  There was a bug report to include this host_ip information, but after
  that, it is not providing a accurate information.

  Someone that is programming a new functionality could need such an
  information.
