Title:
Client for test Federation on Icehouse Keystone
Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
Invalid
Bug description:
Hi,
I'm studying the Federation on Keystone ICEHOUSE version. So ,i created the entries to the IdP and mapping the attributes unsing OS-FEDERATION API, according to: https://github.com/openstack/identity-api/blob/master/v3/src/markdown/identity-api-v3-os-federation-ext.md
In this version (ICEHOUSE), the keystone seems like just a proxy (in contrast to grizzly version, where federated operations like certs handshakes used to performed in the federated middleware). Now, the shibboleth/apache configured as SP is used for that.
So, my question is, how can i test the federated authentication with
keystone? In order words, how could i simulate a user trying to access
resource and authenticating himself in a IdP? Does openstack have a
specific client for that (like the "federated swift client" in Grizzly
version)?
Thanks.
