  Error: Service n-novnc is not running

Status in devstack - openstack dev environments:
  Invalid
Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  From a clean install of Fedora 16 (updated) in a VMware VM, I attempt
  to install openstack using the DevStack quick installation. After
  running ./stack.sh

  I receive the error message: Service n-novnc is not running.

  Neither URL(S) for Horizon or Keystone work. :(
