  "detach volume" has no effect with HpSanISCSIDriver

Bug description:
  How to produce:

  Get lastest devstack folsom as 10/2/2012
  once ./stack.sh starts
   in dashborad under project demo
  create a vm out a default image
  create a volume 
  attach volume to the instance by clicking "Edit Attachments"
  once the instance is in-use
  detach volume from the instance ty click "Edit Attachments"
  click "Detach Volume" for the volume

  check screen -r 
  horizon 
  n-vol
  n-cpu

  doesn't seem to have any activity in the log.

  However if I run nova command

  nova volume-detach <id of my vm> <id of my volume>

  it works fine. 
  I think this is more of GUI problem.
