  add delete operations for the ODL MechanismDriver

Status in OpenStack Neutron (virtual network service):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The delete operations (networks, subnets and ports) haven't been managed since the 12th review of the initial support.
  It seems sync_single_resource only implements create and update operations.
