Title:
  Wrong data filled for email while Create User

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  1. Login to DevStack as admin user.
  2. Save the user password in the Browser
  3. Go to identity->users->Create Users
  4. Observe that email is displayed as "username" , also password data is auto filled.
