Title:
Remove image-id when booting from a volume

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
The image and its metadata can be copied to volume and volume_glance_metadata tables. Even though image-id is not specified, we can also find the link with the original image, kernel and ramdisk. I suggest we remove the dependency on image-id when boot VM from the volume.
I also raised a bug for cinder: https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1159824, which I think is to be fix before this one.
For the image, which has ramdisk and kernel, we can also copy them into volumes, so that we can remove the dependency to specify the image id.
