  console/virt stop returning arbitrary dicts in driver API

Bug description:
  We have a general desire though to stop returning / passing arbitrary
  dicts in the virt driver API - On this report we would like to create
  typed objects for consoles that will be used by drivers to return
  values on the compute manager.
