  Hyper-V agent generates exception when force_hyperv_utils_v1 is True
  on Windows Server / Hyper-V Server 2012 R2

Bug description:
  WMI root\virtualization namespace v1 (in Hyper-V) has been removed from Windows Server / Hyper-V Server 2012 R2, according to:
  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn303411.aspx

  Because of this, setting the force_hyperv_utils_v1 option on the
  Windows Server 2012 R2 nova compute agent's nova.conf will cause
  exceptions, since it will try to use the removed root\virtualization
  namespace v1.
