Not really sure what the bug is here, there is nothing really actionable
in this report. Please describe the sequence of events required to
reproduce, what version of openstack, and what you believe the expected
behavior is.

  When executing 'vm resize' commad there is noresponse after a long

  Invalid
Status in OpenStack Core Infrastructure:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  It seems if the vm is down and at the same time sending the resize
  command. The command will be hanging.
