Status in Oslo test framework and fixture library:

Bug description:
  Our last sync with openstack/requirements was around the beginning of
  August. We haven't been able to sync because we have unit test
  failures on the sync job since around August 20th:

  Likely, our tests need to be fixed to support whatever dependency is
  breaking us.
