Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  nova.virt.libvirt.connection.pre_block_migration()  depends on
  nova.auth.manager.AuthManager() which is unused when keystone is in
  use.

  This affects both essex and diablo.
