Title:
  nova-compute fails with an error VirtDriverNotFound: Could not find
  driver for connection_type None  on CentOS 6.4

Bug description:
  OS: CentOS 6.4

  Following the nova-compute installation instructions from
  http://docs.openstack.org/folsom/openstack-compute/install/yum/content/nova-conf-file.html

  * nova-manage version returns 2013.1.2

  upon starting nova-compute, it fails with the error:
  "VirtDriverNotFound: Could not find driver for connection_type None"

  even though the configuration file nova.conf clearly specifies:

  compute_driver=libvirt.LibvirtDriver
  libvirt_type = kvm

  according to the above tutorial.

  NOTE, starting nova-compute with nova-compute --connection_type=libvirt remediates the issue,
  although still issues the warning:
