  Exists notification not sent after completion of certain operations

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Nova currently sends exists notifications only when the resize/resize-
  revert/rebuild/rescue operations begin. When these operations span
  audit periods, this causes some values from the period between the
  time that the previous audit period ended to the time at which the
  rebuild/resize finishes, to be ignored. This should be fixed by
  sending an exists notification just after the operations finish.
