I assume this is a baremetal bug, in which case I'm making it invalid
because we just deprecated that driver

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  This isn't desirable, as deploy images run privileged so having them
  public may disclose operational config.

  To reproduce just register a deploy ramdisk + kernel with is-public
  False.
