Bug description:
  My environment:

  - Grizzly OpenStack (installed from yum)
  - CentOS 6.4
  - image type: qcow2
  - libvirt_inject_partition=-1 (inspect mode)

  
  My image fstab:

  ├─vda3 252:3    0     4G  0 part /var
  ├─vda4 252:4    0     1K  0 part
