  Wrong idp_metadata_path parameter group

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  federation.controllers.SAMLMetadataV3.get_metadata() method expects
  parameter CONF.federation.idp_metadata_path whereas the right
  parameter is CONF.saml.idp_metadata_path.

  Controllers should be fixed.
