  s3_store_host including port num not working

Status in OpenStack Image Registry and Delivery Service (Glance):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Due to the following change in boto, "s3_store_host" with ":port num"
  does not work for now.  If s3_store_host is configured with port num
  like below, it will try to connect to 80 as the standard http port.
