Title:
  Ironic Hostmanager does not pass hypervisor_type to filters

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The Ironic Hostmager does not include the compute node hypervisor
  values such as type, version,  hostname.

  Including these values, which are included by the normal HostManager,
  is needed to allow the capabilities filter to work in a combined
  Ironic / virt Nova
