  config generator using keystoneclient rather than middleware

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The auth_token middleware was moved from keystoneclient.middleware to
  keystonemiddleware.
  http://git.openstack.org/cgit/openstack/nova/tree/tools/config/oslo.config.generator.rc
  should be updated to use keystonemiddleware.
