  LXC volume issues

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Few issues with LXC and volumes that relate to the same code.

  * Hard rebooting a volume will make attached volumes disappear from
  libvirt xml

  * Booting an instance specifying an extra volume (passing in
  block_device_mappings on server.create) will result in the volume not
  being in the libvirt xml

  This is due to 2 places in the code where LXC is treated differently

  1. nova.virt.libvirt.blockinfo  get_disk_mapping
  2. nova.virt.libvirt.driver get_guest_storage_config
