  horizon/workflows/base.py contains add_error() which conflicts with

Bug description:
  As per the subject, horizon/workflows/base.py contains a definition of
  add_error(). Unfortunately, this now a function name used by Django
  1.7. This conflicts with it, and leads to unit test errors when
  running with Django 1.7 installed
