  Twice the same IP for an instance on the instances view

Bug description:
  With this setup:

  Two compute/network nodes and the configuration set to use two dhcp
  agents per network:

  neutron.conf:
  ...
  dhcp_agents_per_network = 2
  ...

  I have two subnets on a network.

  When I start a VM I get a line with my VM and twice the same private
  IP.
