  Incorrect template resolving on Windows

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  The fact that template names in Django always use forward slash, even
  on Windows, conflicts with the way how templates are resolved -
  currently they are not resolved on Windows hosts with back slashes.
