  live-migration miss instance_extra_specs related filters

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  If we enabled "AggregateInstanceExtraSpecsFilter" in scheduler or
  other filters related to the extra specs of flavor, and issue live-
  migration without giving a destination host, the scheduler will always
  bypass the filters.
