  lb-healthmonitor-show command error

Bug description:
  Usually use 'neutron lb-healthmonitor-show healthmonitor-id' this command to get the detail params of monitor.
  I check the detail of healthmonitor when I only have one helthmonitor(7cd028b1-d2b1-4347-a470-fd0f7296c30d  only one!), work correctly. but, To my suprise, It will return the '7cd028b1-d2b1-4347-a470-fd0f7296c30d' healthmonitor details of the default when add incorrect id or any others string.
