I actually don't think this is a valid bug. We make some assumptions
that the nova environment is setup correctly. Ignoring the security
checks in code is a very bad option.

  Can not migrate because of strict hosts check

  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When nova migrates VMs it fails to connect to another machine when prompted to accept hosts key.
  Nova should run SSH with ignoring this option
