  pylint job times out on gate

Status in OpenStack Compute (Nova):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  After fixing the bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/nova/+bug/1394606 some
  pylint jobs are still failing due to timeout. It seems that the
  default 30 minutes is not enough in some cases.
