  unmocked get_network calls in admin subnet tests

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  _get_network on the subnets table calls api.neutron.network_get() in
  all the tests, it is not mocked. Although it's not showing up in test
  output, it's causing problems in a subsequent change.
