The option to enable/disable osprofiler in the Glance configuration
files is inconsistent with other projects which use osprofiler, such as
Heat, Cinder and others.

In Glance, we have a profiler section:

    [profiler]
    # If False fully disable profiling feature. 
    enabled = True

Other projects are similar, but instead of an option named 'enabled',
they use 'profiler_enabled'.

To make configuring osprofiler and Glance easier, this option should be
consistent with other projects and use 'profiler_enabled'.
