This doesn't sound like a nova bug per se, this may be a packaging
issue?

Bug description:
  Using Juno nova, and the NoVNC service cloudn't work.  There is the
  error log:

  The version of websocket is python-websockify-0.5.1-2.2 in my suse
  environment.

  There is any idea about this issue?
