Bug description:
  In resource_tracker.py, the exception path of _get_host_metrics()
  contains a wrong variable name.

          for monitor in self.monitors:
              try:
                  metrics += monitor.get_metrics(nodename=nodename)
              except Exception:
                  LOG.warn(_("Cannot get the metrics from %s."), monitors)   <-- Need to change 'monitors' to 'monitor'
