  test_launch_instance_exception_on_flavors fails

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):

Bug description:
  When building Horizon Juno RC1, I have the below Python stack dump. If
  you need more details on how to reproduce this in Debian Sid, please
  let me know, and I'll explain, though the package is currently in
  Debian Experimental, so just doing dpkg-buildpackage using it should
  be enough.
