  Taking a snapshot of an instance from CLI

Status in OpenStack Dashboard (Horizon):
  Expired

Bug description:
  When I take a snapshot of an instance, I don't see the image in the
  images and snapshots tab. Although, I am able to boot a new server
  from the command line and see the new image in the UI.
