  ValueError when running Keystone tests

Status in OpenStack Identity (Keystone):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When running the Keystone tests against the latest master branch I get
  the following error:

  ValueError: need more than 0 values to unpack

  The tests do succeed but the value error is reported during the test
  run. Latest commit is:
