Bug description:
  keystone-manage  db_version  -h

  usage: keystone-manage [db_sync|db_version|mapping_purge|pki_setup|saml_idp_metadata|ssl_setup|token_flush] db_version
         [-h] [--extension EXTENSION]

  optional arguments:
    -h, --help            show this help message and exit
    --extension EXTENSION
                          Migrate the database for the specified extension. If
                          not provided, db_sync will migrate the common
                          repository.

  this msg is simlpy copy-pasted from db_sync.
