  GlanceClient doesnot handle Exceptions.

Status in Python client library for Glance:
  New

Bug description:
  There are many cases in which when glanceclient is requested, should
  raise exceptions but it doesnot do so. Instead it returns the output
  in html format.  For this, proper exceptions must be added for
  glanceclient.
