Bug description:
  When running the following command:

  # neutron  lb-pool-update pool1 --lb_method dummy

  The result is:
  Internal Server Error (HTTP 500) (Request-ID: req-21a73d3c-dbe8-4782-8203-5e187112980c

  Expected result:
  Error Message about the wrong value used
